Patient Concern Resolution Policy
Patient Dissatisfaction Protocol
A hair transplant is a big decision and a significant investment in your self-esteem and appearance. That’s why we provide our patients with clear and detailed instructions on how to care for their hair and scalp following the procedure, these instructions play a huge role in the success of the operation and we make sure that they are following them as much as possible.
We take every measure to ensure that our patients are completely satisfied with their results. If a patient is not satisfied with their hair transplant, we have a clear policy in place to address these concerns.
Unfulfilled patient:
We encourage our patients to speak with their surgeon/assistant to address any concerns or issues they may have. We will then evaluate the case and determine the best course of action, which may include additional procedures, revisions or touch-ups to achieve the desired results for free or for a tiny fee.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every patient leaves our clinic with beautiful, natural-looking hair that they feel confident and happy with.
Accepting the result:
Please be aware that there are some cases where the results can’t be improved, and the patient has to accept the results. Especially if the patient hasn’t provided the right medical history before the operation, has not followed the instructions carefully, wasn’t responsive during the aftercare support, or if the patient insisted on a technique, planning, or design that was not recommended by SHIFT.
Expectation:
It’s important to have realistic expectations, before making a decision, hair transplant is there to improve your look and move your self-esteem forward, it cannot give you the hair you used to have while you were a kid.
Unlike many commercial clinics, we have strict policies on accepting patients and we always give realistic expectations and numbers to our patients.
Refunds:
It’s important to note that beauty medical procedures such as hair transplants are considered elective and are not covered by insurance, thus, no refunds are offered for hair transplant procedures.
